We scheduled a tire appt with them! The communication and service was EXCELLENT. It was all definitely affordable as well! It only took them less than an hr to do all four tires! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Apparently, four months ago, I was not in the right mental place for this place and I put a one star there was absolutely nothing wrong with their Service I had gone to a different place with a similar name and there was a lot of problems with them when I went to these people everything was fine. I actually just went back and got new tires. Unfortunately I had not got insurance on my one tire so I had to buy a new tire on top of the two that I already needed the sadness palatable. The only thing that I disliked is that they just put the tires on and they didn’t like make sure all four tires were the same pressure. I don’t know if they assumed or what but they didn’t make sure all four tires. I know they only worked on three, but I think that they should always check all four tires for same air pressure. No, I’m not going back today to fix that, but I think it should be common practice to double check that all four tires are at the same air pressure

I went in for new tires which is great. But I had a low pressure light on for a bad sensor. I was quoted a price and gave him permission to go ahead and fix it. He came back after it was all put together and said that they didn’t do the sensor because they were all low and the one was dead. I don’t understand why I wasn’t asked to replace them all at that point. But now I still have to deal with a light that I asked to be corrected. The tech also could not figure out how to get my wheel simulators off and I had to literally go show him because his manager was no help to him either after I mentioned to the manager that he is going to break my simulators if he kept on doing what he was doing with the air impact.

The service was egregious! I believe the manager’s name is Alex. He did end up trying to fix the situation that should’ve never happened. The ridiculous part was I had to talk to him for quite some time because of the damaged lug nuts that you can see in the pictures that somehow he thought I should pay for even though his service technician caused the damage. I brought in a 2021 Nissan Titan that is not a rust bucket. By any means the lug nuts were not rusted at all. If you look at the pictures, they were literally And one was just completely gutted!!! This is after paying for the service complete in full and getting off of work a 12 hour shift and was called and told they could get me in early and I ended up waiting over three hours to get this fixed!
